How quickly can you come to my home?

Most appointments are available same-day or next business day. When you call, I'll work with your schedule to find a time that works best for you.

What if I don't know what service I need?

That's perfectly fine! When you call, just describe what you're trying to do or what problem you're having, and I'll recommend the right service for your needs.

Do I need to buy any devices before you come?

Not necessarily. We can discuss what devices might work best for your needs during our initial conversation, and I can help you purchase them or work with what you already have.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service for one-time sessions. Subscriptions can be paid monthly or quarterly.

What if I have more questions after you leave?

You can always call or email me! For subscription clients, the Full Tech Wellness plan includes unlimited short Q&A. For one-time clients, quick follow-up questions are always welcome.

Can you help with devices I didn't buy from you?

Absolutely! I work with any technology you own, regardless of where you purchased it. Bring me your phones, tablets, computers, smart home devices—anything you need help with.
